A file sharing political and economic solution

Well, i must admit and i think everybody does, that internet would never be the same without file sharing and P2P networks right? The good news is that it won't go away ever, except if overcome by anything else, or by a global nuclear war. But there still exists people that is trying to give a funeral to FS. Oh yeah copyright! I was forgetting it. Of course it's bad creations doesn't get paid. But how would you pay for something you buy in a minute, the next minute you have it world spread? That is called digital. Well we have been doing this a long time ago. We copied CDs or Vinil to tapes and give them to friends. No one blamed tape recorder manufacturers because you couldn't wide spread it. The same way artist couldn't wide spread their creations as they do now. Movie theaters can now download their movies without shipping them by mail. No one wants to go back or do you? Me no. So question remains: who is gonna pay for creations? The answer is obvious. We all will as individuals and consumers as we always did in past. So what changed ever since if we ever paid for it? We are paying something else than music or films. We are paying ISPs for internet access ,services, etc. and oh! music, films, software, games and whatever you can remember.
So...any questions?
